The 17-story Highland Tower is conveniently located in the fashionable Highland Village district of Houston. The 96 residences feature high-rise living at its finest with the luxury, convenience, and services of a five star hotel. Baker worked with G.T. Leach Construction, the client, and Pelican Builders, Inc., the owner, in insuring that the plans for these residences met or exceeded all requirements of the City of Houston building department and all applicable building codes.
