Scope Of Work
Baker had the pleasure of working with JE Dunn Construction to complete the Mosaic on Hermann Park, which reigns as the largest residential high-rise built in Houston. Standing at 33-stories tall, this total package concrete project consisted of one tower and a 6-level underground podium. Baker demonstrated their unmatched breadth of capability in the project through their effective management of an expansive scope of work, innovative design solutions for the intricate architectural walls, and superior quality control program.
