Scope Of Work
The Washington Park Garage is located across from Music Hall in Cincinnati. Baker is working to renovate and expand on this historic park with a two-level, 450-car parking garage underground. Sitting ground-level on top of the underground parking garage structure is a spacious public park that features regular and exposed aggregate sidewalks, a playground, and a stage for public events and activities. Construction on the garage started in March 2011 and is scheduled to be completed spring of 2012.
