Scope Of Work
The $700 million project is the single largest investment in Mississippi since Hurricane Katrina. Once completed the 46-acres of tropical landscaping will feature 798 rooms, a full-service spa, a casino and a pool/deck area with cabanas. Baker had the opportunity to perform the total concrete package for the Margaritaville Casino & Resort.
