Scope Of Work
To combat the City of Phoenix's need for more office space, One Central Park East is the new business destination for the city. The building includes 16-floors of structural steel office space, a 9-level cast-in-place concrete parking garage, and ground-floor retail. Designed to LEED standards, One Central Park East has key performance-based green elements that include modular construction techniques and use of renewable materials. Baker was awarded the total concrete package for this unique office complex in the heart of downtown Phoenix.
