Scope Of Work
The Shoppes at Surprise Pointe is a shopping and entertainment complex that features a 14-screen movie theater and upscale bowling alley. Once completed, it will occupy 37-acres and have 250,000 sf of retail and restaurants. Baker had the opportunity to perform the total concrete package for this shopping center.
