Scope Of Work
The Banks Garage is the largest of four projects Baker has completed at the Banks Riverfront Development in Cincinnati. It is a large 741-car parking garage with a street-grid system that will serve as the base for various mixed-use developments. Baker's scope on the garage includes 27,000 cubic yards of concrete, pile caps, columns, shear walls, garage decks, bridge paving, and sidewalks all built on and around the garage.
