Scope Of Work
Cardinal Contractors awarded a contract to Baker for the total concrete package for the Valrico Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant (AWTP). The biological nutrient removal facility was expanded to increase the capacity for the future growth of the area. During the expansion, the technology was also changed from chlorine gas disinfection to a new ultraviolet disinfection to eliminate by-products.
