Scope Of Work

Stanford Research Park, a sprawling technology campus located in Palo Alto, was built by Stanford University in 1951 as a place to promote innovation, create high-tech economic development and advance knowledge. Thought to be the world’s first technology-focused office park, it covers 700 acres and is home to more than 160 buildings that hold 23,000 employees who work for 140 different companies.

In 2012, construction on a new building located at 1701 Page Mill Road began with the demolition of an existing 75,000-square-foot, two-story structure with a basement. The new structure is two stories with below-grade parking and features a collaborative courtyard, a dining facility and park-like landscaping and pedestrian areas. Biotech firm and medical device maker Theranos has selected 1701 Page Mill Road as their new headquarters.
