Epic Apartments are an elegant, modern addition to the residential landscape of San Jose, California. With amenities such as a pool, spa and fitness center with a steam room, convenient location near the beach, boutique shopping, parks and the Metro Orange Line, the Epic Apartments are a popular choice among young professionals and families.
Even a residential community this glamorous has to get its start in the dirt. To kick off the project, J.J. Albanese excavated and hauled off more than 110,000 cubic yards of dirt to make room for the 120,000 square feet of future apartment space.
