Scope Of Work
Originally slated for LinkedIn’s new corporate headquarters, the office park at Maude and Mathilda in Sunnyvale offers its tenants more than 500,000 square feet of Class “A” office space consisting of four separate buildings and a 2,000-car parking structure. The campus is home to other businesses in addition to LinkedIn, including Apple, whose offices occupy two of the buildings.
J.J. Albanese was critical to the fast-paced nature of the project. Starting with the demolition of eight multiple-level structures and finishing with the site work, JJA’s multiple scope product was in action every step of the way, with crews completing demolition; grading and paving; pump, place and finish; and the site concrete. It’s not every day that you can see one contractor get the job done from start to finish!
