Scope Of Work
One Rincon Phase II, the second tower of the upscale One Rincon Hill development, is 52 stories and includes 299 residential units over approximately 505,000 gross square feet. The concrete core of the structure is connected to steel-reinforced concrete outriggers by steel buckling restrained braces, and the roof levels include tuned mass damper tanks containing 50,000 gallons of water to stabilize the building in the event of high winds or seismic activity.
The tower completes the landmark project, which features a fitness center, a sky lounge on the top floor and other luxury amenities.
