THE CHALLENGE
When the Riverfront Development Corp. first proposed the idea of Beale Street Landing, it was met great uncertainty. While the riverfront is a frequent attraction for tourists and locals alike, it was still underutilized. The city needed a space to relax, play, dine, and explore the Mighty Mississippi.
THE RESULTS
What has become one of our city's newest landmarks, Beale Street Landing not only provides Memphis with its only true riverfront restaurant but also a dock for river boats and a nationally recognized park/playground. We proudly completed Phase IV B of this project and did so on time and under budget.
