Scope Of Work
MATA and Greyhound needed new construction to house their vehicles and an on-site maintenance facility. The Result: Zellner completed the project with a modern masterpiece design, incorporating detailed lines with zero tolerance. The project achieved LEED Silver certification and several awards: Building Memphis 2012 top projects, 2012 AIA Tennessee Award, and AIA National Gulf State Honor Citation 2013.
