Scope Of Work
New construction of an approximately 80,000 square foot correctional facility located near the Shelby County penal farm. The facility consist of a one-story main building, two two-story dormitory style buildings, two basketball courts, a fenced in yard, and parking lot. The Shelby County Adult Offender Center (AOC) was built for male offenders serving misdemeanor sentences and has an inmate capacity of 768.
