Scope Of Work
For this client, the project was to build the Maxine A. Smith Center, names after a civil rights and education leader in Tennessee. The Result: Zellner completed a 3-story 67,300 sq. ft. facility that houses a library, eight computer classrooms, a student lounge, administration office, and 21 classrooms for chemistry, biology and science labs.
