Scope Of Work
THE CHALLENGE
Phase II: The client needed multi-family, townhouse and garden-style apartment housing within close proximity to the medical institutions in the Midtown/Downtown area.
Phase III: A continuation of phase II, Zellner built 136 units of new multi-family, townhouse and garden-style apartment housing encompassing 33 separate buildings. Site improvements included landscaping, on-site parking, play areas and a community swimming pool.
THE RESULTS
We completed 151 units encompassing 43 separate buildings, along with a management office, fitness room, offices, and a community room. Site improvements included landscaping, on-site parking, play areas, and a community swimming pool. This project was Tennessee’s first completed development to earn the US Green Building Council’s (USGBC) LEED for Neighborhood Development certification (LEED ND).
