Chocolate Cookie Grind – For this project, we removed the existing cracker line equipment, refurbished an old wood floor with concrete and epoxy lining, and installed new equipment to grind chocolate cookies and a new product line to package them.
Dust Mitigation – We installed temporary tenting with negative air to enable continued plant operations during construction. We installed a new dust collection system to mitigate hazardous flour and sugar dust within the plant, including bins, collectors, and associated piping.
