JR Merit has worked with this internationally recognized snack food manufacturer for 18 years, supporting more than 700 projects totaling more than $15M and ranging in size and complexity from routine equipment repairs to replacing multiple production lines without disruptions. Many of our projects have been short-notice, rapid-response services to solve problems as they arise and keep production moving at maximum capacity.

Packaging Automation – We removed aging hand-packing equipment and replaced it with new robotic packing equipment and automated palletizing equipment.
