Scope Of Work

This project, completed in 2016, is a three story 72,600 square foot structure specifically constructed for Oregon State University Federal Credit Union as a headquarters and retail banking operation center. As the preferred fire protection vendor, JR Merit furnished and installed all of the required the fire suppression systems including:

• Clean Agent FM 200
• Standpipes
• Wet pipe fire sprinklers

Even with an aggressive schedule and tight project site parameters, we were able to meet the customer’s occupancy desires and partner with the General Contractor in order to bring the project in on time and on budget.
