Aaron has more than 27 years of financial and accounting management experience in multiple industries. He brings an analytical perspective that provides alternate and unique solutions to challenges. He maintains a positive attitude and approach to support our team members and clients’ goals.

Duncan is known for his attention to detail and thorough approach to project management by setting clear team expectations upfront and holding the project team accountable to their responsibilities. With 18 years’ experience, Duncan delivers large, complex projects on time and within budget, including many projects in and around sensitive operating facilities without disruption.

Ivan has worked on many large infrastructure projects including dams, reservoirs, water/wastewater treatment plants, and manufacturing facilities in the power generation, aerospace, and food and beverage sectors. He is known for his open and honest communication style and his ability to address issues directly and respectfully to the benefit of his projects and the teams with which he works.

Rich has more than 17 years of heavy civil and marine construction experience, with a background in the field and managing and estimating projects. He brings a holistic approach to preconstruction that minimizes project risk for our clients and avoids surprises during construction. Rich’s estimating experience includes an array of contracting methods.

Dale has a proven track record of completing challenging, large-scale hydroelectric projects on time and within budget. Over his 25 years in the power generation and manufacturing sectors, Dale has been involved in all aspects of project development. He is an experienced millwright and project manager who brings invaluable industrial and mechanical knowledge and experience to every project he oversees.

Herb brings more than 25 years of experience and a proven track record of executing large-scale projects within operating facilities without disrupting operations. He is exceptionally skilled at schedule and productivity management, coordination of material purchasing and delivery, and client communication.

Jared is a persistent and accountable project manager with more than 23 years of experience with aerospace, biopharma, semiconductor, pulp and paper, oil and gas, and commercial high-rise construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest and Gulf Coast regions.

Levi has 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, including mechanical piping for semiconductor, aerospace, and biotech clients. He brings a dependable and flexible approach to project management and builds strong relationships with clients and team partners.

Steve has more than 27 years of experience in the welding industry and the UA Local 290 Steamfitters welding program. He brings a strong focus on quality control, team communication, and efficient process and procedure flows that keep the shop running smoothly and producing highest quality fabrication for our clients.
