Scope Of Work
Located on a one-acre site in the heart of the North Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver, the new Saint Joseph Medical Office Pavilion will include three floors dedicated to Class A medical office space.
The ground floor of the outpatient medical center will house convenient retail and restaurant venues. The rooftop will offer unique indoor/ outdoor space and scenic views of downtown Denver and the Front Range. The project also includes ground-level, covered parking for physicians and an adjacent parking lot that will offer free parking for patients, visitors and tenant employees.
To make the project financially viable for the developer and anchor tenant, SCL Health, the Saunders team provided extensive preconstruction services to evaluate numerous options from conceptual estimates of high-level programmatic uses to the value analysis of individual systems and materials.
