Scope Of Work
The Town of Winter Park completed a facilities master plan to determine current facility needs as well as needs to address the future growth of the Town.
As part of that facility plan, several sites were evaluated but ultimately it was determined the best avenue was to improve the existing public works campus located at 80500 U. S. Highway 40. This project includes the demolition and scraping of the existing operations facility and building a new structure strategically located on the current site. Saunders’ preconstruction team worked closely with our operations team to appropriately pre-plan the project around Colorado’s Rocky Mountain weather.
