Scope Of Work
McCarthy constructed this four-level, 631-stall freestanding moment frame design parking structure, including site work. The parking structure has a single elevator and was built to accomodate future photovoltaic panels at the roof level. The garage adjoins the new Police Department building built by McCarthy and provides access to Sallyport for prisoner transfer to jail.
