Since 1928 Capital Concrete, Inc. is locally owned and operated.  It is a Small, Woman and Minority-owned business (SWaM).

The five plants are strategically located throughout the S. E. Hampton Roads areas which include Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Smithfield, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, and Windsor, Virginia.  There are fifty (50) ready mixed concrete trucks in service.
