experience in Program Management, Project Management, Facility
Management, and Cost Consulting. He has worked in commercial
construction and facility management for over twenty years, with
thirteen years in Texas and the most recent eight years in Illinois.
He has worked diligently to perfect a streamlined approach for
implementing creative solutions and efficient operational strategies
while also being able to watch the bottom line. The focus of this
effort has been to create a collaborative environment assuring the
success of his teams and their respective projects. As a result,
Daniel’s projects continually conclude with the highest results by
promoting goodwill and collaboration. In addition, Daniel constantly
demonstrates the ability to manage crises well and facilitates
effective interactions and coordinated efforts in a challenging time
and budget-sensitive industry. Daniel has worked through design
estimating, pre-construction, design development, contract
negotiation, buyout, construction management, and project turnover on
three million square feet of projects valued at over $350 million. The
projects include commercial buildings and developments of various
product types in different market sectors across the US, including
Performing Arts venues, Parking Garages, Higher Education, K-12,
Stadiums, Offices, Tenant Improvement, Churches, Right-Of-Way
Acquisitions, Post Offices, Libraries, Military Base Updates, and
Pharmaceutical Production Facilities.
