Scope Of Work
The three-story South Congress Hotel is a Trammel Crow development, owned and operated by CSE Realty Partners, a division of C3 Presents, and is centrally located in the vibrant SoCo area just south of downtown Austin, Texas. The 82-room boutique hotel also includes a 221-space parking garage on two levels underground. The hotel’s large central lobby includes a dynamic design with an elevated lounge area. The first floor also includes a coffee bar, gift shop, concierge desk, ballroom, conference rooms and lounge area with a private hotel courtyard. The retail courtyard has multiple dining areas complete with water and light features, seating areas and live music stage with extensive landscaping elements.
