Scope Of Work
This was a fast track project, which entailed renovating an existing 10,000+ sq. ft. space to RCN’s specifications. MCM was responsible for the General Construction and a separate Prime was responsible for performance of the MEP scope. Our scope included demolition, sitework, masonry restoration, new walls, roofing, flooring, carpentry, acoustical and drywall ceilings, finishes, etc.
Work was performed 7 days per week, days and evenings to minimize RCN’s profit loss. The original scope was performed in accordance with the construction documents and the balance was performed via a design build at the job-site on a daily basis.
