Sam E. Cicero, Jr. took over helm as Cicero’s 2012 after a successful 35 year career working in all departments company. His responsibilities included working on developing various trades, as well as working in administrative side where his responsibilities included human resources, accounts receivable, information technology sales . Today, Sam oversees daily is involved personally with each , troubleshooting potential challenges their solutions, communicating with representatives updating them on the their . Having been mentored by his father, Sam holds the values leads traditions that have made Cicero’s a respected leader renovation industry, has played a significant role keeping Cicero’s at forefront quality innovation. 

Jose Ortiz started his construction career at Technology Center of DuPage where he graduated with honors. He joined the Cicero’s team after graduation and has over 11 years of experience in the field. Jose is passionate about construction and that’s exactly what drives him to perform at an exceptional level. He has proven to be a valuable team member, successfully fulfilling all aspects of construction renovation requirements ranging from laborer to project foreman. As a result of his extensive knowledge and determination to succeed, in August, 2017, Jose was promoted to Project Manager. In his new role, Jose will be able to take the knowledge acquired in the field and apply it to his new position producing precise job estimates, planning out and overseeing projects from start to a successful completion. It’s through his commitment to excellence as a professional and his straightforward approach to any project, that Jose has been able to champion the respect of peers and clients alike.

Representing  third generation   Cicero family, Lauren honed her client relations skills at Kraft-Heinz before joining Cicero   2019. She serves as a liaison between Cicero   its , ensuring excellent customer   superior renovation resolutions. 

Zara Johnson joined Cicero’s in 1989 as overseeing human resources, accounting, its program. She currently serves as Administration.  Zara is tasked with establishing new relationships reinforcing Cicero’s current partnerships in hospitality sectors.  Zara has been instrumental in promoting Cicero’s awareness program increasing its social media presence. Her experience nd commitment to implementing best practices procedures have played a monumental role company’s over 45-year record achievement.  

Mike started at Cicero  as a laborer  quickly moved into a supervisory position. Like so many  our , Mike learned finishing skills on  job  has worked under his mentors for several years. He  his first  as superintendent on a Forever Young renovation   Hampton Inn in Cranberry, PA. More recently, he  a major industrial renovation .

Andrew Banda started with Cicero  to supervise renovation  for our contract with  Place Hotels. Since then, he has run major  across  Midwest. Andrew’s “no-nonsense” approach to  supervision has set him apart as one  our  field .

Robert “Newt” Newberg has been renovation field for over forty years full time with Cicero’s for over 20 years. With his cool head, confident calm demeanor, Newt has been able to create maintain great relationships with fellow employees, , subcontractors vendors. It was as a result his abilities that he was promoted to superintendent in 2012.  Since that period time, Newt’s been responsible for helping bring to successful completion over $31 million in , performed on-time on-budget while maintaining goals keeping quality a top priority.

Robert (Newt) is responsible for overseeing the superintendents on each project. He has been in the construction field for over 36 years and with Cicero’s for over 17 years. Newt is a seasoned superintendent with a cool head and calm demeanor. He is great with our clients and knows how to make a project perform on time and on budget while keeping the quality a top priority.
