Scope Of Work
Tear off existing roof system down to the existing metal roof deck and properly dispose of. Then install new modified bitumen roof system (approximately 14,000 SF) with 5” insulation to meet new energy code with all new 24-gauge prefinished galvanized coping. We had to disconnect/reconnect 32 air condenser units to adjust mechanical curbs for new roof installation. In addition, we removed the existing ballast roof as well as the concrete deck to achieve energy code with a new PVC roofing system at the Atrium. All work was completed with no disruption to operations.
