Complete interior and exterior modernization of an existing 4,000 SF McDonald’s Restaurant. Scope of work included cutting edge “Project Ray” décor package, modern lighting and eye-catching furniture, a custom perforated accent ceiling system, refreshed beverage station, multiple touch screen order kiosks, new digital menu boards and modular front counter, remodeled restrooms, crew room, neutralization of existing mansard roof with new finishes including Nichiha, Fullerton Brick Panels, and corrugated metal paneling, in addition to new drive thru windows and heated air curtains, building and drive thru signage, and significant ADA work.
