Scope Of Work
Extensive remodel of the existing 3,900 square foot store to convert the store from a Made to Cook to a Café Food Service location. The remodel included relocating and enlarging the restrooms, altering the existing cooler, installing all of the Café Food Service equipment, adding multiple ground mounted mechanical units, constructing a cooler and dry storage addition, as well as adding the outdoor café seating patio.
