Scope Of Work
The Rancho Las Palmas retail project in Rancho Mirage is a 17 acre renovation of the existing center. The scope of work includes the demolition of four existing buildings, a façade replacement on ten existing buildings, the construction of two new shop buildings, a main entrance and traffic signal, and a renovation to site infrastructure.
