KPRS extensive renovations and state-of-the-art upgrades for St. Mary’s school, the only independent Preschool through Grade 8 International Baccalaureate (IB) World School in Orange . The tenant improvements included over 50,000 sf of classrooms, three science labs, and a new arts wing to stimulate creativity and inspire children to become passionate learners. The campus features a 4,000 sf food service and teaching kitchen along with indoor and outdoor dining spaces that give kids an opportunity to learn an overall sense of wellness in healthy eating. A new front entry with security was also constructed.
