The Med/Tech team began core and shell construction of the two-story Aliso Viejo Behavioral Hospital. The Type 1A OSHPD 1 facility will hold 120 beds and provide acute care psychiatric services. The building is composed of steel structure with metal deck infill concrete levels and a masonry wall shell. The facade is a mixture of stone veneer, architectural plaster, windows and metal panels. The two-story psychiatric hospital will contain indoor & outdoor recreation rooms with full kitchen, full dining room, food service facility, gymnasium, counseling rooms and sleeping areas.
