Scope Of Work

Built in 1975, the Brea Plaza retail center was ready for upgrades and expansion. KPRS demolished 6 buildings, constructed 6 new buildings, and renovated 6 buildings to create a more unified and updated look to the façade – all while current tenants occupied the space. In addition to new water and main utility installations, the center also received expanded parking areas that were bridged over an existing open storm channel. Beautifications were comprised of plaster and stone finishes, towers, canopies, and trellises. New tenants include Mother’s Market, Total Wine, Panera Bread, Chipotle, DSW Shoes, AT&T, and Plaza 5 Cinemas, among others.
