KPRS the Citibank Branch in Downey under an intense 5-week schedule. The branch was constructed from the ground up, including site work, structure, tenant improvements, and parking lot in the final weeks of the year. The construction team managed to divert 78% of construction waste from landfill earning 2 credits. Installation of a cool roof and fossil filter storm drain inserts picked up a couple more credits on the way to a Certified rating under the NC v 2.2 rating system This is the second full bank branch KPRS has constructed for Citi Realty Services and Citigroup.
