Scope Of Work
21,000 sq. ft.
Demolition of the existing police station made way for the new construction of a 20,000 Sq. Ft. police substation and a 1,500 Sq. Ft. garage building, and numerous site improvements. The Facilities include a booking and jail facility, locker rooms, offices and meeting rooms. The garage and maintenance building features a fueling station with a 12,000 gallon tank and support systems. Site improvements include new signalized intersections, turn lanes and medians, and Scherer Park handicap ramps, trellis and seated area improvements. This project meets prevailing wage requirements.
