Scope Of Work
Officially opening its doors for instruction in 1963, Rio Hondo Community College is a comprehensive college offering strong technical programs. KPRS the campus renovation with industry renowned Ehrlich . The project brings a modern center for student life to the hilltop campus with two three-story buildings and an adjoining quad. The project includes the Student Services Building and the Central Student Union Building. These additions house the offices of financial aid, admissions, counseling, dining commons, student union offices, and an activities center. The project was within an existing college environment.
