Scope Of Work
Boehringer Ingelheim, which ranks among the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, partnered with A/Z to plan and construct a 101,000 sf research facility on its Ridgefield, CT campus. The LEED-inspired, $50+ million program provides Boehringer Ingelheim’s scientists with the cutting-edge resources and equipment needed to continue leading the industry in cardiovascular / immunology research and treatment. Building 10 was designed by Flad Architects and Vanderweil Engineers.
