Scope Of Work
This new fire station was designed by FGM Architects and includes 12,600 square feet of new construction and is the satellite fire station that will serve the western portion of the Lake Villa Fire Protection District. It has a three-wide double-deep apparatus bay area, a day room, a kitchen, a bunk room, a locker room, a library, a fitness room, a shift commander’s office, a communications room, turn-out gear space and a gear wash room.
Under Construction Manager as Constructor (at Risk) delivery, all contracts are direct between Camosy and each subcontractor. This project has twenty-six (26) contracts between Camosy and sub-contractors
