Scope Of Work
Brookside Care Center is a nationally top ranked skilled care facility providing short-term rehabilitation and long term care for Kenosha County residents. With their top ranking came an ever growing demand for additional capacity and expanded services for county residents and the need for expansion and improvements of the facility. This project provides a major expansion, adding more than 60,000 square feet of new space for residents.
Camosy was selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for this project following a Quality Based Selection process. Camosy provided complete CM services including all Pre-Construction and Construction Phase services and including all Project Management and Field Supervision. Pre-Construction Phase services included extensive pre-planning of Phased Work to allow existing resident care areas to remain fully operational during construction of the additions.
