Scope Of Work
Having teamed with FCU to build the original North Main mixed-use facility in 2017, Spence Brothers was awarded the Construction Management of the structure’s expansion. This expansion consisted of a 33,011sf, three-story addition to the existing North Main facility.
The first floor of the expansion’s addition hosts 6 suites dedicated to retail/commercial space. Tenants currently include BeautiTall, Bionetics 4 Life, and Purple Tree Mamma LLC. In addition to a number of office suites for future tenants, the second floor of the expansion contains a banquet hall that includes a bar, kitchenette, serving space, storage, and a bridal suite. FCU will be the sole occupant of the offices and conference spaces contained on the third floor.
In addition to serving as the CM for the expansion’s build, Spence Brothers was also responsible for the fi touts of all spaces contained on the second and third floors.
