Scope Of Work
The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan expanded their Saganing Eagles Landing Casino with the construction a 148 room hotel and gaming expansion. The new additions feature a full service restaurant and expansion of the existing casino in the Finance and Surveillance areas. The hotel features multiple room types with an attractive all-purpose suite located on the top floor of the hotel.
Connected to the existing casino, the hotel entrance provides a direct view into a new casino gaming floor expansion with access to a new restaurant and Lounge. Other project components included construction of 7.0 megawatt electrical substation supporting the complex that connects with high voltage transmission lines, utility corridors to various buildings located at Saganing, as well as a new parking lot directly south of the existing casino.
