Scope Of Work
This project involved the pouring of approximately 1,200 cubic yards of concrete for the completion of this two-story, cast-in-place addition to the existing five-story structure. The project required phased coordination to allow maintained use and safe accessibility of all lower levels throughout construction.
Spence Brothers worked in significant coordination with the City to sustain an uninterrupted flow of intense pedestrian and vehicular traffic. With the creation of detailed traffic plans, the use of road closures, detours, and signage, this complex, multi-phased project was completed on time and within budget.
