Scope Of Work
renovation 23-story apartment tower built 1970. was performed over a 12-month as remained fully occupied; with common improvements including a remodeled lobby, modernization to two existing elevators, addition second laundry room renovation community room. Other improvements include upgraded electrical systems, new boilers new water heaters. Sprinklers, a fire system air conditioning were installed. Each 192 resident apartments were renovated varying degrees, custom-designed by Blumentals. Resident unit upgrades included new cabinets kitchen appliances, new bathroom shower surrounds, new toilet fixtures, new vinyl carpeting new electrical. Additionally, 10 units were converted to be ADA compliant.
