Developed built by Kraus-Anderson, Arbors at Ridges is a three-story, 80,000 s.f. living on Ebenezer Ridges campus. new provides 55 assisted living/independent apartments; six Care Suites designed for post-operative therapy residents, one guest suite, for a total 62 apartments. Residence unit enhancements include lower countertops, laundries in units, walk- closets. Other amenities include a movie theater, beauty barber shop, physical therapy , club room, dining rooms, chapel, lounges, underground parking, patios, gardens walking paths. new allows for renovation former assisted living to memory care, completing care continuum on campus.
