Scope Of Work
new, -winning, 103,000 s.f. elementary school provides a dedicated learning environment for pre-K through 4th grade, for first time district’s history. includes classrooms, media center, commons, kitchen, gymnasium a track field complex. was on an extraordinarily tight, 10-month time frame in order to be open for beginning 2015-16 school year. Sustainable elements include LED lighting throughout , occupancy sensors daylight harvesting sensors tied to ’s Automation network; daylighting features, polished concrete floors, exposed steel structure, decorative CMU brick.
KA also assisted school district pre-referendum process. This process includes conducting multiple tours all buildings, reviewing district maintenance history, assisting District community with prioritization process making recommendations to Facilities Committee School Board.
