Scope Of Work
Lineage Construction completed the build-out of M.M. LaFleur’s corporate office at 100 Broadway in conjunction with the building architect, MKDA. M.M. LaFleur is a workwear company that offers virtual styling and is committed to empowering women in the workplace.
The 20,000 square foot project included the build-out of a sophisticated, yet inviting, Showroom, Pergola and Collaborative Meeting Spaces. Throughout the space, the theme of comfort and elegance is displayed through the usage of natural woods, customized lighting, modern enclosures and bold patterns.
