Project-Type: Renovation
Description: Bayley Construction renovated the existing kitchen at the Harbor Club in a two week period, working 24 hours a day. All equipment was removed, all finishes upgraded, the existing floor abated, a new epoxy floor installed and all equipment reinstalled. This fast track project was completed in its two week schedule even after hazardous material testing results required abatement to occur. Later the same year, Bayley upgraded finishes throughout the restaurant area including new carpet, millwork, glazing, paint and light fixtures using the same fast track, multiple shift schedule as the kitchen.
